Laura Wright Shubert is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in people analytics and workforce planning. Currently serving as SVP of People Insights and Employee Relations at MetLife since May 2013, Laura leads initiatives in People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at TIAA-CREF, including AVP of Global Workforce Analytics and Director of HR Analytics & Workforce Planning, where responsibility included delivering human capital insights through advanced analytics. Laura's earlier career includes roles in financial planning and analysis at CarrAmerica. Laura holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business, a Certificate in Predictive Analytics from the University of California, Irvine, and a BS in Finance from Clemson University.
