Nataliya Kovalenko

Nataliya Kovalenko is an accomplished technology executive with over two decades of experience in governance, risk, compliance, and data management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as VP of Global Corporate Functions Technologies and Head of Control Functions Technology at MetLife since July 2024, Nataliya previously held multiple leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including Executive Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, where a $20MM GRC program was implemented. Notable achievements at Morgan Stanley also include establishing the Technology Divisional Data Office and leading data management strategies that supported over 100 automated workflows. Nataliya's career began at KPMG US, where contributions to the development of Ukraine's first electronic stock exchange system were made, followed by roles at PwC and Deutsche Bank. Nataliya holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from The National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
