Orsolya Csernovitz

Orsolya Csernovitz is an accomplished operation manager with extensive experience in business and system analysis, project management, and digitalization within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as the operation manager at Mobiloy since November 2017 and as a senior business and system analyst and project manager in an independent capacity since July 2016, Orsolya also holds the position of COO at MetLife Hungary. Key achievements include managing the operational merger of AVIVA and AHICO, leading organizational restructuring efforts that significantly reduced costs, and overseeing various process improvement projects. Previous roles include service director at Aviva/MetLife Insurance Company and back office director at AVIVA Life Insurance Company, with a strong focus on digitalization, project management, and system implementation.
