Raj A. is an experienced data and analytics leader currently serving as VP and Head of Group Level Data & Analytics at MetLife since August 2025, overseeing group level functions for the MetLife US Business. Previously, Raj held the position of Head of Data & Analytics at Transamerica, where innovative solutions were developed to transform data into actionable insights for financial security. Raj has also served on the Board of Directors for Melange Systems, a company focused on wireless networking and IoT. At Lincoln Financial Group, Raj worked as AVP, Head of Information Management, driving a strategically aligned vision for managing information. Earlier roles include AVP, Data & Analytics Platforms at Pfizer and Senior IT Specialist at Towers Perrin. Raj holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Osmania University.
