Sandy Cook

Sandy Pawlowski Cook is an experienced executive in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Executive Talent Advisor for Global Talent Acquisition at MetLife since January 2025. Sandy is also a member of the OnCon Senior Council, an exclusive group of top executives discussing industry trends and challenges. Previously served as the Global Head of Recruitment at EOS IT Solutions, leading recruitment for around 700 hires annually, and held roles as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at OutSystems and Lead of Talent Acquisition for North America at MicroStrategy. Sandy's extensive background includes senior positions at Qualtrics and Teradata, along with earlier roles at Ntrepid Corporation and A1 Enterprises. Sandy holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from George Mason University.
