Sandy Cook

Sandy Cook is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Executive Talent Advisor for Global Talent Acquisition at MetLife since January 2025. In addition, Sandy is a member of the OnCon Senior Council, an exclusive group of top executives focused on industry trends and challenges. Previous roles include Global Head of Recruitment at EOS IT Solutions, where Sandy led recruitment for 700 hires annually, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager for Go-To-Market at OutSystems, focusing on talent sourcing and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead of Talent Acquisition for North America at MicroStrategy, where Sandy improved hiring quality through strategic recruitment management. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from George Mason University.
