Shailesh Gupte

Shailesh Gupte has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as a Financial Manager in Transfer Pricing at MetLife since October 2007, where responsibilities include managing transfer pricing operations for the Asia, Europe, and Latin America regions and developing processes for allocating expatriate costs. Prior to MetLife, Gupte held the position of Vice President - Business Manager/Financial Reporting at Deutsche Bank, focusing on financial consolidation and cost allocation. Gupte also worked at J.P. Morgan as an Assistant Vice President in Financial Reporting, overseeing management information systems and consolidating financial results. Gupte holds a Master of Science in Accounting/Finance from the University of Bombay, India.
