Siddharth Padbidri

Siddharth Padbidri currently serves as the Head of Information Security for MetLife, overseeing IT Risk and Security across ten Asian countries while managing a diverse team of security professionals since April 2013. Prior to this role, Siddharth was the Head of IT Risk and Security for PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd, where responsibilities included information security, IT risk management, budgeting, vendor management, service delivery, and compliance from September 2007 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Quality Lead at Wipro Limited, focusing on IT services implementation and Six Sigma methodologies, and serving as a Senior Analyst in Information Security at eClerx. Siddharth holds a CISA certification from ISACA and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai.
