Steven Barbara

Steven Barbara is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At MetLife since July 2019, Steven has held several titles including Director of IS Automation and Director of Global Technology Audit. Prior to MetLife, Steven served as Chief Information Security Officer for the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts and Vice President of Security and Risk Management at RiskSec, collaborating with military and government entities as well as Fortune 500 companies on security management objectives. Steven's career also includes significant contributions as Director of Global IT Security Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where oversight of security practices across a global network was paramount. Earlier, Steven managed projects at Secure Business Solutions Inc. and developed IT support systems at Adecco, marking a progressive career in information security and risk management.
