Helen Kenealy

Helen Kenealy is the Chief Clinical and Risk Officer at Metlifecare, overseeing clinical care and safety for approximately 1200 beds across various levels of care in retirement living and aged care. As a dual trained general physician and geriatrician, Helen is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents and their families, while fostering an engaged and supported workforce. Previously, they held roles including Geriatrician and General Physician at Greenlane Medical Specialists and Senior Medical Officer at Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau. Helen has also served as Chair of the Medication Optimisation Group and National Falls Prevention Group for Summerset Group Holdings Limited. They continue to pursue education in geriatric and internal medicine at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and actively seek collaboration to improve healthcare outcomes.
