Marni Wood

Marni Wood is an experienced professional currently serving as a People Experience Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Metlifecare since April 2021, contributing to the organization’s ambitious growth and transformation strategy in the retirement living sector. Prior to this role, Marni held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bed Bath N' Table from December 2018 to April 2021 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from January 2017 to December 2018. Marni holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Otago, completed between 2014 and 2016, and received secondary education at Saint Kentigern College from 2009 to 2013.
