Zandra Vetter

Zandra Vetter is a marketing and customer insights professional currently employed at Metlifecare since February 2023. Previously, Zandra held various positions at Bupa from February 2020 to February 2023, culminating in the role of Customer Experience Manager. Zandra's experience includes working as an Account Manager for Ipsos overseeing NZ mystery shopping clients and multiple roles at Market Pulse International, where responsibilities ranged from client services management to team leadership. Zandra's career began as a Junior Account Manager at Market Pulse, and includes early roles in sales assistance and childcare. Zandra graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a BCA in Management and Human Resources, recognized as one of the top students in the Management School.
