Will Snyder is the Co-Founder & CEO at Metopio. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Chief Advocacy Officer at AMITA Health from March 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they led all areas of Advocacy, External Affairs and Public Policy for the largest health system in Illinois. Will also established Advocacy Labs, which developed software solutions for policy analysis. From January 2014 to February 2018, Snyder served as the System Vice President, External Affairs at Presence Health, the largest Catholic Health system in Illinois. In this role, they provided administrative and strategic direction for all operational aspects of external affairs, government relations, public policy, community health initiatives, community benefit programs and government funding. Snyder has also held positions as a Digital Strategy Consultant at NPR from September 2012 to January 2014, a Senior Consultant at Bon Secours Richmond Health System from June 2009 to September 2012, a Writer and Columnist at The Wall Street Journal from January 2007 to March 2009, and a Senior Associate Editor at Outdoor Life Magazine from May 2003 to October 2006.

Will Snyder has a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. Will also has a Charrette + Design Thinking Certificate from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Their Bachelor's degree is from New York University. Will has a Certificate in Heathcare Leadership Formation from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
