Carly Wenc, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and information systems with a robust background in benefits management. Currently serving as the Sr HRIS Manager at Metra Commuter Rail since June 2023, Carly previously held multiple roles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from October 2017 to June 2023, including HRIS and Benefits Manager and Benefits Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as a Benefits Specialist at Aon from February 2015 to October 2017. Carly earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2010 to 2014.
