Erin Schroeder Ponce

Erin Schroeder Ponce has over 15 years of diverse experience in various roles within the telecommunications and commuter rail sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Budget & Administration at Metra Commuter Rail since September 2015, Erin has also held the positions of Maintenance Analyst and Intern in the same organization. Prior to Metra, Erin was notably involved with FiberNet Telecom Group from 2001 to 2009, progressing from Service Delivery Coordinator to Director of Service Delivery. Earlier career roles included positions at North American Telecommunications and Telecom Consultants, Inc., where Erin worked as a Sales Coordinator, as well as a tenure at Northwestern Mutual in roles related to sales support and coordination. Erin holds a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Illinois Chicago.
