Rebecca Casto

Rebecca Casto is a senior talent acquisition partner currently with Metra Commuter Rail since November 2023, bringing extensive recruitment experience from previous roles including lead recruiter at Hirewell and manager of talent services at Motion Recruitment, where roles focused on cybersecurity. Rebecca's career began with diverse positions, such as outreach and enrollment specialist at AmeriCorps and marketing intern at Grand City Tanning. An alumnus of Grand Valley State University, Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a Spanish minor and has participated in a study abroad program in Lima, Peru.
