Timothy Mays

Timothy Mays, M.Ed, is an experienced organizational development professional with a focus on enhancing educational programs and fostering inclusive environments. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Program Manager at Metra Commuter Rail since November 2021, Timothy previously held roles such as Assistant Director at Northeastern Illinois University and Educational Program Manager for the African-American Male Achievement Initiative at Antioch Unified School District. In earlier positions, Timothy developed culturally relevant curricula as an English Teacher and Manhood Development Facilitator at Antioch High School, contributed to community-building initiatives as Assistant Resident Director at Northwestern University, and provided support for students with diverse learning needs as Testing Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago. Timothy holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Dominguez Hills.
