Chad Heater

Chad Heater has worked for multiple companies in a variety of roles. Chad was most recently a Government Program Manager at Metrc since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Director of Customer Success at Greenlists from February 2023 to May 2023. Chad also worked at Treez Inc. as a Product Manager from September 2021 to October 2022. Earlier in their career, they held multiple positions at Flowhub from January 2017 to August 2021, including Director of Product Experience, Manager of Customer Solutions and Services, and Senior Deployment Project Manager & Corporate Trainer. Chad was also a Customer Service Manager at ShineRetrofits.com from June 2014 to November 2016 and a Research Department Team Leader and Operations Generalist at Klein & Co. Temporary Housing Services, Inc. from April 2013 to June 2014. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Head English Teacher at Gaoxin Primary School from August 2011 to December 2012. Prior to that, they were a Lead Enrollment Advisor at ESM from September 2010 to July 2011 and a Non-Response Follow-Up Agent at the U.S. Census Bureau in March and April 2010.
