James Lindquist has over 10 years of work experience in customer and client success, revenue services, and marketing consulting. James started their career as an intern consultant at Century Automotive Group in 2009 and later joined The University of Alabama Students in Free Enterprise team as a project leader. In 2011, James gained experience in service consulting at Mugshots Grill & Bar and marketing consulting at The Yellowhammer Inn and Conference Center. James also completed a 2,181 mile Appalachian Trail thru-hike. James then moved into the healthcare industry, starting as a patient account support at SuccessEHS and later taking on various roles at Greenway Health, including Senior Client Success Advisor and Customer Experience Manager. James worked as a Client Success Manager at Phreesia before becoming a Customer Success Manager at Metrc in 2023.

James Lindquist has a well-rounded education history, starting with an Associates degree in Applied Science from Hudson Valley Community College in 2007. James then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The University of Alabama, which they obtained in 2009. James continued their education at the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business, where they received their Master of Science degree in Marketing in 2011. In addition to their academic accomplishments, in February 2019 they also obtained the Sartech III certification from the National Association For Search And Rescue.
