Steve Gulino has a comprehensive work experience spanning several decades. Steve currently holds the position of Director of Meta Aerospace Engineering at Meta Special Aerospace since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director for NYX ISR® at Bear Defense Services (BDS) since 2014. Steve also had previous experience as a Director at Bear Defense Services from 2014 to an unspecified date.
Before joining BDS, Steve worked at Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services. Steve served as the Aviation Strategic Development and Egrett Program Manager from August 2013 to September 2014, where they led and managed the Egrett High Altitude/Long Endurance (HALE) programs.
Starting in 2010, Steve worked as a Project Manager and Strategic Development at Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS). During this time, they led and managed the Rolls-Royce Boeing Flying Test Bed (FTB) program, taking responsibility for its operations and maintenance. Steve also played a key role in transitioning to the MSG-3 maintenance program and establishing the maintenance program policies.
Prior to their tenure at Raytheon, Steve served as the WASP Program Manager at Raytheon Technical Services Company from September 2007 to September 2009. Steve also held the position of Program Manager at the same company between October 1996 and January 2007.
Steve's extensive work experience began in 1973 when they joined the US Navy as an Aero Duty Officer (ADO) / PM. Steve served in this role until February 1994.
Steve Gulino attended Troy State University from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Aviation Management. Steve also pursued studies in Aviation Modification and Maintenance at Troy State. In 1996, they obtained a certification as a Program Manager from Raytheon IIS.
