Susan Ho

Susan Ho has worked in the finance and operations field since 2000. Susan began their career as a Barista at Angelina's Deli in 2000 and then moved on to become a Customer Service Representative at Dispenser Beverages, Inc. in 2002. In 2006, they joined ifiGOURMET as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Administrative Specialist. In their role as Operations Manager, they oversaw daily workflow, managed customer service and distribution teams, interviewed and hired new employees, and drafted and negotiated offer letters and compensation. In 2018, they became the Finance and Operations Manager at Metric Insights, Inc.

Susan Ho attended George Washington High School from 1996 to 2000. In 2019, they obtained a Financial Accounting Fundamentals certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and an Excel Intermediate certification from AcademyX.
