Joel Neustaedter

Joel serves as a Senior Director of Account Services for Metric Theory and is tasked with growing our remote offices. He comes to MT with 10+ years of progressive experience in functions that required various management responsibilities. His professional history includes positions such as project manager at an international localization company, North American regional manager at an advertising technology agency and Director of PPC at a fast growing PPC and conversion rate optimization agency. Joel has a consistent track record of leading overachieving teams and delivering fast and quality results for his clients.

Joel joined the MT team after a very successful 2.5 years serving as the Director of PPC for KlientBoost. As the first PPC hire at KB, Joel helped grow and lead a team of 20+ account managers which managed over $5M in monthly ad spend in a wide array of verticals.

He received his BA in Business Marketing from CSUF and an MBA in Strategic Management from The College of Management Academic Studies in Israel.
