Neethu Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategic management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Metric Tree Labs since March 2020, Neethu specializes in recruitment processes including requirement analysis, candidate shortlisting, and job offer finalization. As a Co-Founder of Gracet Technologies since February 2019, Neethu oversees various HR functions such as payroll processing, statutory compliance, and the implementation of company policies.
