David Richardson

David Richardson is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in urban design and project management. Currently serving as Senior Design Manager at Metricon since February 2013, David oversees the Urban and Production Design teams for TownLiving. Previously, David held the position of Project Design Manager at Australand from November 1997 to November 2012, focusing on urban design, planning, and workflow management. Earlier in David's career, David worked as a Senior Designer at AV Jennings from 1988 to 1997, specializing in contracts and construction documentation. David's educational background includes a Diploma in Building and Construction Management and a Graduate Certificate in Environment and Planning from RMIT University, as well as an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting from Holmesglen.
