Shereen Hamed

Shereen Hamed is a Program Manager at Metric Consulting since February 2025 and has been the Owner of Shop Without Borders since 2017. Previously, Shereen served as a FEMA PA Grant Manager at All South Consulting Engineers, LLC from January 2022 to January 2025 and held various English teaching positions across several educational institutions, including the Language Learning Center and Keystone International Schools. Shereen has a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Political Science from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising from Louisiana State University. Additionally, Shereen obtained a TEFL certification from Oxford House in Barcelona, Spain, in 2015.
