Brandon Yann has over 10 years of work experience. In 2012, they began working at YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office) as a Front Desk Lead and Cafe Lead at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA. In 2016, they became an Operations Manager and Operations Specialist at the University of Oregon. From 2019 to 2022, they were an Enterprise Account Manager, Senior Enterprise Account Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist at Logical Position. Currently, they are an Enterprise Partnership Lead at Ampd.

Brandon Yann has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Communication, with a Minor in Ethics from the University of Oregon, which they obtained in 2019.
