Melissa Miller has held a variety of roles in the social services field since 2017. Melissa began as a Behavior Technician at The Vista School in 2017, then moved to Social Work Program Manager at Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center in 2018. In 2019, Melissa held two positions simultaneously: Substitute Teacher at Substitute Teacher Service, Inc. and Case Manager/ Outreach Coordinator at TVCCA - Thames Valley Council for Community Action, Inc. In 2020, they became a Behavioral Health Technician at Creative Potential and currently serves as a Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Specialist at Ampd.
Melissa Miller has an education history that began in 2009 when they graduated from Central York High School with a diploma in General Studies. Melissa then attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelors of Social Work and a Minor in Special Education. Most recently, they obtained their Masters of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University in 2021. In addition to their educational background, Miller has obtained certifications in Google Ads Search Certification from Google in October 2021, First Aid/CPR from the American Red Cross in January 2020, Mental Health First Aid in December 2016, and Veterans Cultural Awareness Training.
