Robert Mollitor has been working in the software engineering industry since 1990, beginning with a role as a Principal Software Engineer at Visix Software Inc. Robert then moved to OPNET Technologies, Inc. in 1998, where they worked as a Principal Software Engineer. In 2012, they became a Technical Director at Riverbed Technology, and in 2013 they were hired as a Principal Architect at Visual Crossing. In 2017, they joined FLEXE as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2018 they began working at Metricstory as a Senior Software Engineer and then a Principal Software Engineer.
Robert Mollitor attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1988, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Robert continued their studies at the same institution from 1988 to 1990, earning a Master of Science in Visual Studies (Media Lab).
