Akshay Gahlot

Akshay Gahlot is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and business development, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Customer Success for the Middle East Africa and APAC regions at MetricStream since September 2005. In this role, Akshay oversees customer retention, growth, and engagement, while fostering collaboration across various internal teams to enhance customer value and business outcomes. With prior leadership positions at MetricStream, including Sr. Director and Director roles, and a background at Oracle and Vinayak Softech, Akshay has a proven track record in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance sector. Akshay holds an MBA in Systems and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Delhi University.
