Kunal Sahay

Kunal Sahay has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kunal most recently worked as a Project Manager at Metrikus starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at BT from 2015 to 2021. At BT, they managed projects for Zurich Insurance, including the integration of Microsoft TEAMS and Cisco Voice Cloud. Kunal also worked on various projects ranging from simple network changes to complex data center and site deployments.

Before joining BT, Kunal worked at airtel as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they handled the implementation of domestic and international circuits for key carrier and enterprise customers. Kunal collaborated with account managers and delivery teams to design and deliver complex solutions, and successfully reduced lead times for deliveries.

Earlier in their career, Kunal worked at Infosys as a Service Support Engineer from 2006 to 2010. Kunal provided end-to-end delivery of complex networking solutions for Telecom Clients, interacting with BT and BT end clients to resolve issues. Kunal also worked on a pilot project for providing email support to customers in the USA.

Kunal's first professional experience was at Vayam Technologies Ltd. as a Junior Software Developer in 2005. Kunal was involved in the development of an application for desktop and application sharing across networks.

Kunal Sahay completed their education at two different institutions. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with Honors in Software Engineering. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they enrolled at SKEMA Business School and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Project & Program Management & Business Development. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2018.
