Matthew Brember

Matthew Brember has worked for four different companies over the past five years. In 2017, they began working for Metrion Biosciences as a Junior Scientist, where they were involved in the maintenance of active cell lines, preparation of assay flasks, and improvement of data management systems. In 2016, they worked for Sagentia as a Senior Technician, where they were involved in the development of a novel electrochemical test strip, tech scouting, client experimental reviews, product troubleshooting, lab management, and installation and maintenance of new equipment. In 2020, they began working at the University of Cambridge as a Research Assistant. Currently, they are employed at Metrion Biosciences as a Data Manager.

Matthew Brember completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry from the University of Worcester between 2013 and 2016. Matthew then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Bioinformatics from Cranfield University, which they completed in 2019.
