Jorge Orta

Jorge Orta is a skilled engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and leadership. As a Founding Engineer at Metriport since December 2022, Jorge is instrumental in launching innovative solutions. Previously, Jorge worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Envision Healthcare from August 2021 to December 2022 and served as Chief Executive Officer at Tukan from May 2018 to December 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Miami Dev Shop, a Content Specialist at RockOrange, and an Account Planner at BENAMOR. Jorge holds a degree from Florida International University, attended between 2013 and 2017, and completed secondary education at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School from 2006 to 2013.
