Chris Buckridge has extensive experience in training and operational readiness, currently serving as the Training Site Lead at Metris Global since May 2016, where supervision of the contract workforce supports U.S. operations. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at the U.S. Coast Guard, including Chief of the Force Readiness Branch, overseeing policy and processes for personnel and resource readiness within the Eighth Coast Guard District, as well as managing a $188,000 annual budget. Additional roles include T-6B Instructor Pilot, HC-144 Flight Examiner, and HU-25 Flight Examiner, demonstrating a strong background in aviation training and standards. Chris holds a Master of Arts in Education Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
