Kendall Garran is an experienced professional with a background in search and rescue operations, aviation, and quality systems management. Throughout their career, Kendall has held various positions within the United States Coast Guard, including Deputy Program Manager/Training Center Site Manager at Metris LLC. With a BA in Criminal Justice from University of North Florida and an MS in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management, Kendall has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in training, operations, and planning.
