Martin R. has extensive experience in military operations and training, currently serving as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor at Metris Global since August 2020. Prior to this role, Martin R. worked with the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) from December 2006 to August 2020, holding various positions including Operations Manager and Training Specialist. Key responsibilities included serving as an Operations Planner for the Marine Raider Training Center, managing training evaluations for the Marine Special Operations Company, and acting as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for Training and Education. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recon Marine Team Leader with 2nd Recon B from October 2001 to December 2006. Martin R. completed education at Madison High School between 2000 and 2001.
