Tim Haws

Tim Haws is the Director of Human Performance Technology, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished career in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they retired as a Captain. They commanded the USCG Maritime Law Enforcement Academy and held various leadership roles, including overseeing Maritime Security operations in Florida and strategic training at the USCG Training Center in Yorktown, VA. Tim has presented at multiple international conferences and has a strong background in performance improvement, instructional design, and international training. They obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Diego State University.
