Liam Gilbert is an experienced senior professional in client relations and business development, currently serving as the Senior Client Director and Melbourne Business Lead at MetrixLab since July 2024, focusing on driving commercial growth for Australia's leading brands. Previously, Liam held the position of Vice President of Customer Success for ANZ and MEA at Behaviorally, where the establishment and scaling of operations in Australia were prioritized. Liam's earlier roles include Shopper Leader for APAC at NielsenIQ, Regional Director for EMEA & APAC at Focus Insights, and extensive experience at IGD, culminating in the Head of Global Customer Development.
