Lindsay Hall

Lindsay Hall is an experienced qualitative research professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Qualitative Research Group Lead for North America at Toluna since August 2024. With a robust career in qualitative research, Lindsay has held various leadership roles at MetrixLab, including Qualitative Team Lead and Senior Qualitative Research Manager, since November 2019. Prior to that, Lindsay operated as a freelance qualitative researcher from June 2016 to November 2019 and was the Director of Baobab Qualitative Research and Consultancy for 11 years, focusing on blue-chip clients. Lindsay began professional endeavors at In Focus Research and Research International, contributing significantly to project management and client relationships. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
