Alison Clements

Alison Clements is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Remediation Advisor at Metro since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing a nature park project in North Portland and advising on contamination concerns across the Metro region. Prior to this role, Alison worked as a Consulting Environmental Scientist at GSI Water Solutions, Inc., managing multiple projects, mentoring junior staff, and preparing technical reports. Previous positions include Senior Staff Scientist at Geosyntec Consultants, where involvement in the Portland Harbor Superfund Site included extensive data collection and team training, and Environmental Manager at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, focusing on risk-based investigations and compliance. Alison holds a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management.
