Daniel Miebach is currently working as the CX Lead — Design & Methods at METRO AG since March 2021. Previously, Daniel worked as the Global Lead CX (ad-interim) at METRO.digital Germany and as a Senior UX Designer at Hudson's Bay Company. With a background in UX design and management, Daniel has extensive experience in managing international stakeholders and strategic high-impact projects to ensure the best possible digital customer experience for various companies. Their expertise lies in evangilisation of design methodologies, managing UX professionals and product owners, and establishing global CX and UX metrics. In addition, Daniel has a diverse background in consulting, brand and public relations, and IT infrastructure planning. Daniel's education includes studies in Integrated Design and Communication Management.
