Judith Abbas

Judith Abbas is a seasoned professional in indirect tax and VAT, currently serving as the Head of Indirect Tax at METRO AG since November 2023. Judith's prior experience includes key roles at Henkel as Manager VAT & Sales Tax, and at Adient as Senior VAT Specialist EMEA, among others. Judith has developed expertise through positions at Johnson Controls, Ernst & Young GmbH, Brenntag AG, and WTS AG, where significant contributions were made in the field of indirect tax. Judith's legal education includes a law degree (Ref.iur.) from Landgericht Münster and studies at Universität Trier and Sapienza Università di Roma.
