Lidia Kalisz

Lidia Kalisz is an experienced internal auditor with a strong background in auditing and internal control systems. At METRO AG since April 2018, Lidia has been involved in audit planning, risk assessment, and the documentation of internal audit projects, while engaging directly with top-level management to present findings and recommendations. Previous roles include internal auditor positions at CEDC International and Noble Funds TFI S.A., where Lidia focused on compliance, policy drafting, and monitoring investment limits. Lidia also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of ZAZU Akcesoria. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law and a Master of Finance and Accounting from the University of Warsaw, supplemented by an Erasmus exchange program in Finance and Accounting at Universidade Portucalense.
