Malte Nousch

Malte Nousch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and strategy roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at METRO AG since March 2024, Malte previously held the position of Managing Director and was a member of the Group Management Team at Oda from 2021 to 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Kaufland between 2015 and 2021, Strategy Director at Tesco PLC from 2013 to 2015, and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2013. Malte began the career as a trainee in the promotional program at BMW Group from 2000 to 2005. Malte holds an MBA from INSEAD and has studied at Dublin City University and ESB Business School at Reutlingen University.
