Jeff Burrows

Jeff Burrows has over 25 years of experience in various management and leadership roles in the technology industry. Currently, they serve as the Director of Technology at Metro Appliances and More, where they are responsible for overseeing the organization's technology operations. Prior to this, Jeff worked as an Information Technology Officer at F&M Bank, where they managed IT operations and support. Jeff also has experience as the Director of Technical Support & Services at Jazzware, Inc., where they led a team of software and installation engineers. Jeff's previous roles include Manager positions at Cisco and BroadSoft, where they supervised technical support and implementation teams. Jeff began their career as a Senior Support Manager at Applied Systems, where they oversaw a call center supporting software and hardware solutions. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving operational efficiencies, customer experience, and reducing expenses through process improvement and incident management.

Jeff Burrows attended the University of Iowa from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing.
