Jason Barringer

Jason Barringer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and management roles. Currently serving as Research Manager at the Metro Atlanta Chamber since May 2022, Jason previously held the position of Export Manager at Dolphin Shipping and Trading from May 2011 to April 2022. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Research Scientist I/II at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development from June 2005 to May 2011, and as Store Manager at Patagonia from September 1998 to August 2003. Academically, Jason earned a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning and GIS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research from The University of Alabama.
