Justin Haight

Justin Haight has held various positions throughout their career. Justin currently works as the Director of Talent Partnerships at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, starting in October 2022. Prior to this role, they were an Industry Partnerships Manager at Atlanta CareerRise from November 2021 to October 2022. From October 2019 to February 2021, Justin worked as a Skills Initiative Program Manager at the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S., Inc. Justin also served as a Workforce Development Program Manager at the Southface Institute from March 2019 to October 2019. From March 2018 to March 2019, Justin was the Executive Director of the Georgia Building Trades Academy. Before that, they worked at the Georgia Department of Economic Development in multiple roles, including Program Manager, Senior Compliance Officer, and Grant & Financial Administrator, from April 2012 to March 2018. Justin's early career includes positions as Property General Manager and Sales Manager at Campus Crest Communities from May 2010 to April 2012 and July 2009 to May 2010, respectively.

Justin Haight holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Georgia College & State University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Marketing from the same institution between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Justin has obtained various certifications such as Human-Centered Systems Thinking from IDEO U, Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP) from Business U, and Computer & Network Security Pro from TestOut Corporation. Justin also holds certifications in Network Professional, Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) Train-the-Trainer, Georgia Certified Purchasing Associate (GCPA), and Georgia Purchasing Card Certification (GCPCA).
