Christine Magee

Ms. Magee is co-founder and chair of the board of directors of Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. and was its president from 1994 to 2014. Ms. Magee is a director of TELUS Corporation and a member of the audit committee and she also sits on the board of directors of several private companies and not-for-profit organizations (Trillium Health Partners, Woodbine Entertainment Group, Plan International Canada, The Talent Fund and the University of Western Ontario Entrepreneurship Advisory Council). She was a director and chair of the audit committee and of the corporate governance committee as well as a member of the compensation committee of Sirius XM Canada Holdings Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Previously, Ms. Magee served on the board of directors of Cott Corporation from 2004 to 2008 and McDonald's Restaurants of Canada Limited from 1999 to 2004. She obtained with honors an Honors Diploma in Business Administration (HBA) from Western University (Ivey Business School). She was made a Member of the Order of Canada in 2015.
