François Desrochers

François Desrochers has a extensive work experience in various companies. François is currently working as the VP Operations at Metro Inc. Since joining Groupe St-Hubert in 2014, they served as the VP Operations, where they provided strategic vision and ensured profitability and high-quality production across multiple sites. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Operations at Les Plats du Chef from 2011 to 2014. François has also worked as a Plant Manager at Canada Bread from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they worked at Kraft Foods Group in multiple roles including Continuous Improvement Manager from 2006 to 2008, Business Unit Manager from 2002 to 2006, and Production Supervisor and Business Unit Leader from 1994 to 2001.

François Desrochers pursued their education at Polytechnique Montréal from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they attended HEC Montréal and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.
