Nathalie Plante serves as the Vice-présidente, Pharmacie et soins de santé for Metro Inc., leading the development and implementation of healthcare strategies within the pharmacy banners Jean Coutu and Brunet since October 2019. In addition to this role, Nathalie contributes to academia as a lecturer on change management in pharmacy at the Université de Montréal and has held a similar position at Université Laval on workplace organization in pharmacy. Prior to joining Metro Inc., Nathalie was the Vice-présidente adjointe, Pharmacie at Le Groupe Jean Coutu from July 2011 to October 2019, where responsibilities included marketing, market analysis, and the development of professional training projects. Nathalie holds a Baccalauréat en pharmacie from Université de Montréal and has completed advanced management and executive development courses at McGill Executive Institute, as well as a mentorship program at La Gouvernance au Féminin.
