Ralph Jean-Baptiste

Ralph Jean-Baptiste has a wealth of experience in human resources and talent management. Ralph began their career at CN in 1994, working as a Health & Wellness Consultant, where they focused on employee health and injury prevention. In 2002, they joined Bell Canada as an HR Manager, and later took on roles as a Talent Management Consultant and Human Resources Consultant. At Bell Canada, they developed and supported talent management programs and coordinated the production of the Annual Talent Management report. In 2014, Jean-Baptiste joined Metro Inc., where they held various positions, including Senior HR Manager for the Quebec Division and HR Manager for Metro Franchisees and Super C (QC). Currently, they hold the role of Senior HR Director in the Pharmacy Division of Metro Inc., starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Jean-Baptiste has showcased their expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.

Ralph Jean-Baptiste completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1994. In 2004, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
