Stephanie Coyles

Ms. Coyles is a director and member of the Audit Committee and of the Governance, Investment and Conduct Review Committee of Sun Life Financial Inc., as well as a director and member of the Audit Committee of Corus Entertainment Inc. She was also a director of Postmedia Network inc. in 2016 and more recently, from March 2019 to February 2020, of The Hudson's Bay Company before it became a private company. Prior to becoming a Corporate Director, Ms. Coyles was an Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at LoyaltyOne Co. from 2008 to 2012 and previously made a career with McKinsey & Company first as management consultant then, subsequently, as a senior partner working for clients mainly in the field of advanced analytical techniques, digital transformations and consumer marketing. She holds a BA in Administration from Queen's University and an MA in Public Administration from Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government). She is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Director Development Program and completed a CERT Certificate in Cyber ​​Security Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.
